Form 137 (school records)
Also called SF10, the Learner's Permanent Academic Record.
- What it is
- Your full record of grades from your school. Scholarships use it to check your grades over the years, not just this term.
- Where to get it
- The registrar of the school you attend or last attended. It is often sent school-to-school, so ask whether they will give you a copy or send it directly.
- Cost
- Usually free at public schools. Private schools may charge a fee.
- How long to allow
- About 14 days — ask sooner if you can.
Tips
- Ask early: registrars get busy near enrolment and graduation.
- Ask for a certified true copy if the scholarship wants one.
