The short version
You can use this whole site without an account. Your answers to the questions are saved on your own phone or computer. When you ask for your results, they are sent along with that request so we can match scholarships to you — and then thrown away. We never store them.
What stays on your device
- Your answers to the five questions.
- Which documents you have ticked off on a listing.
These are kept in your browser’s own storage. Clearing your browsing data removes them. Nobody else can see them, including us.
What we do collect
We count how the site is used so we can make it better — for example, how many people reached the results page, and which searches found nothing. These counts never include your name, your email, your exact grades or your exact income.
Where a profile is involved, we record only its shape: for example “Senior High School, Western Visayas, under ₱10,000 a month”. That tells us which scholarships to go and find. It does not identify you.
If you report a problem
We keep what you wrote and a scrambled code derived from your internet address, used only to stop one person flooding the form. We do not store the address itself.
If you are under 18
Most of our users are. That is exactly why the site works without an account and stores nothing about you by default. If we ever add accounts, anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian to agree first.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@iskoop.site. In practice, for a visitor without an account, the answer is usually “nothing”.
Other sites
When you click through to apply, you leave this site. What the provider does with your information is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
